This is the first session in the EOS Process for dental practices, The 90 Minute Meeting helps to set up and prepare your dental operations team for an EOS journey. If EOS is right for your dental practice the next meeting is the "Focus Day". The Focus Day gives the leadership team tools to clarify who's responsible for what, set priorities, improve communciation, resolve issues and track critical numbers. The Focus Day is followed by Vision Building Day 1 and Day 2 where your vision is clarified and plan is set in place. From there we look at weekly meetings, quarterly pulsing and annual planning.
