EOS for Your Dental Practice
The Entrepreneurial Operating System ®

Most entrepreneurs and business leaders face similar frustration - personnel conflict, profit woes, and inadequate growth. Decisions never seem to get made, or once made, fail to be properly implemented. EOS provides a solution. It's not complicated or theoretical. The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a practical method for achieving business success.

Join us for a Zoom (GoToMeeting) presentation on Friday July 23rd from 9:00 AM –10:00 AM to present the EOS process and how to implement it in your dental practice. If you would like to attend our session, please contact me at (919) 710-7376 or email me gdavis@dentalroiassociates.com

Tax Savings Under a DSO Structure - (Webinar)

August 24, 2018 1:00 ET  to 2:00 ET

There is no charge for this event.

There may be significant tax saving for your group practice by forming a  DSO. Your DSO may be eligible for the 20% tax deduction created under Section 199A as part of the new tax law. As a dentist owning a dental practice it is unlikely that you will qualify for the 20% deduction due to income limitations as a Specified Service Trade or Business. However under some DSO structures, owners of the DSO may be eligible for this tax savings.
