There is no charge for this event.
There may be significant tax saving for your group practice by forming a DSO. Your DSO may be eligible for the 20% tax deduction created under Section 199A as part of the new tax law. As a dentist owning a dental practice it is unlikely that you will qualify for the 20% deduction due to income limitations as a Specified Service Trade or Business. However under some DSO structures, owners of the DSO may be eligible for this tax savings.
