Single practices selling for 5-6x multiple of EBITDA have the opportunity to sell at a 12-15x of EBITDA.

A practice grossing $1,500,000 with 20% EBITDA may sell for $1,250,000 or 85% of collections.

The same practice with a fully integrated platform meeting all the criteria of a Capital Partner may sell for  13-15x or $4,200,000.

- A Platform then purchases sites for a 5-6x or opens de novo’s
